Who can join the Affiliate Program?

We welcome marketing agencies and professionals, industry bloggers, business resources sites and anyone else who already uses or recommends Advanced Web Ranking.

All affiliate requests are reviewed and approved manually. We will not approve low quality or non-industry related sites.

What are your commission levels?

For AWR products, the commission is 25% of new purchase and renewal orders. Commissions can be tailored by the sales volume achieved.

When the payment for my sales will be made?

We usually pay the commission to our resellers in 50 days from the end of the month for which the commission is due, by wire transfer or any other agreed means. In order to transfer the commission, a minimum month target of 100 USD has to be reached. If this target amount is not reached, the commission is reported for the following month.

Does it cost me something to become an affiliate?

Signing-up as an affiliate is free of charge. We don't have setup fees, start up costs, or hidden performance targets to reach.

How do you track my sales?

Visitors and sales are also automatically tracked by placing a cookie in the customer's browser. If the customer decides to purchase the product in a 120 days period, your account will be credited with the affiliate commission, even if he/she makes the purchase from our website.

What information will I receive on my sales?

You will have access to a Control Panel reporting service, allowing you to visualize accurate statistics regarding your sales, as follows:

• Graphical monthly sales reports
• Graphical sales reports per product
• Orders reports

How do you pay my commission and in which currencies?

We currently offer three payment methods for sending the commission to to our affiliates:

• By wire transfer (requires a bank account)
• By cheque
• By PayPal

The currencies in which we pay the commission to our resellers are either US dollars (USD) or EURO.

How long does the tracking cookie last?

We keep the customer referral cookie active for 120 days. If the customer decides to purchase the product from your website or directly from our website, you will be credited for the sale in the 120 days period.

Can I run search marketing campaigns?

Yes, you may run a search marketing campaign provided you do not violate our policies, below:

Search Marketing Policy

You may not use and / or purchase brand keywords or phrases that include Caphyon, Advanced Web Ranking, AWR Cloud, or any combination or variation thereof, including the domain names:

• caphyon.com
• awrcloud.com
• advancedwebranking.com
• app.advancedwebranking.com

Do not use "coupon", "deal", "discount", "promo" or any similar keyword or variation in paid search or organic search campaigns.

You may not purchase keywords that violate the intellectual property rights of Caphyon and / or any third party.

All keywords that you purchase in connection with a search marketing campaign must have some nexus to its corresponding search marketing content so as not to be misleading, and meet the additional criteria specified by the applicable Advertiser (if any).

Any and all search marketing content utilized by You must comply with all applicable federal, state, local, provincial, and foreign laws, rules, and regulations, as well as the applicable rules, policies, and procedures of any search engine.

Caphyon strictly prohibits the display of potentially misleading terms in any search marketing content. All search marketing content utilized by You in connection with a search marketing campaign must be consistent, from the creative to the corresponding landing pages, confirmation pages and/or other webpages that are linked to such creative so as not to be misleading.

You may not offer any unauthorized promotions, discounts, coupons or other incentives with the purpose to direct traffic through your affiliate link.

You must not falsely represent or imply to be an affiliate of Caphyon in any way, without our approval.

Furthermore, Your search marketing content must not falsely represent or imply that You are associated with or certified by any third-party (e.g., You are an "Official Partner" of a brand or other entity).

Trademark Usage Policy

The use of Caphyon, Advanced Web Ranking, AWR Cloud name or logo is made in accordance with Chapter 6. Intellectual Property Rights of AWR Terms of Service.

Written permission from Caphyon is required to use the Caphyon, Advanced Web Ranking, AWR Cloud name or logo as part of any affiliate promotion campaign. Please contact us on help@advancedwebranking.com if you would like to enquire about permission for use.
